The Earth's magnetic field changes and the strong and harmful solar radiation or plasma currents and their electromagnetic effects also have a major influence on our overall well-being.

You will no doubt also realise that many things are no longer quite right. That everything is actually changing and that you have the feeling that everything is somehow getting crazier and crazier, including your own feelings and experiences.
 
As an example (and perhaps also as an explanation), the pole migration, the sun's radiation, its cosmic radiation in general on the earth & the resulting magnetic field changes (volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, storms, celestial phenomena, etc.), which influence us all and have unmistakable effects of a special kind on us. Nobody knows how all the events that are now taking place will actually play out. Nobody can deny that something profoundly revolutionary is happening.
 
It is all too easy to suppress this, but that is not advisable!

In order to really get through this time consciously, to be able to resonate healthily and on a higher level (the changes mentioned above are happening now!), it is necessary to activate two special places in the body and raise them at the same time.

We know from science that the brain (3rd eye/pineal gland & crown chakra) and heart generate electromagnetic fields, whereby the heart generates a field that is many times stronger than the brain.
If the heart chakra is cleansed, opened and ready, its magnetic field also increases.
The pineal gland also plays a special role here. As the "main gland", this gland in the centre of our brain regulates the functions of all other glands in the body (you can find the correspondences to the individual glands under the category "The 12 spiritual powers") and is connected to our entire nervous system.
 
If this gland is ill or not fully functional, the process mentioned above is not possible or not possible in this positive sense. This is because this gland connects us with the superconscious, the I AM, the Christ consciousness, the Higher Self (as one may also call the divine being), which flows through all 12 spiritual powers (glands) with its superintelligence and universal wisdom (insofar as one allows it).

The pineal gland is the gland that opens our access to the divine, the gland that is connected to the crown chakra and unites us with all that is. If its function is disturbed, we are disconnected from it.
 
The second most important point in the body is the heart. This is the part that carries the aspect of love (love is the joy of creation). The head (brain, thinking and access to the superconscious) and the heart (love, joy and life) should act and be active on an equal footing.
 
So being ready means: uniting superconsciousness and love!

If we know this, we can put it into practice right now by imagining (and feeling) how energy flows out of our heart, how an "energy ball" forms around our heart, expands further and further, connects to the highest chakra (crown chakra) and surrounds our whole person, and how this "energy ball" forms a healthy and divine field around us like the magnetic field of the earth.
This is how we are able to create our own magnetic field!
