Trust is a very profound subject. Especially in our time, it is very difficult to distinguish between the truth and the expediency of the outer, material, visible world.

One is usually confused and can no longer clearly classify many things. We often no longer know what the real motivation is for everything that confuses and frightens us. Be it politics, the press, religions, science or our closest fellow human beings. Basically, who or what can we still trust? This is a very important issue and the basic trust itself would be the solution.
 
Too often truths are twisted in favour of power and material greed in general. And it all starts with the smallest things - we are all woven into this "elbow system" and often no longer even notice what is right or wrong.
The struggle for simple survival and also the ambition to achieve everything that the system and society demands make the natural, simple human being impossible. Every single person with all their mental problems and suffering is no longer taken into account and thus all the mental suffering is simply and quickly suppressed.
But at some point this no longer works and the result is full doctors' surgeries of all kinds. Even the youngest among us are already affected and are hardly allowed to be children any more.
 
All this creates dissatisfaction, stress and a restless inner soul that no longer knows what to do.
Where can one find inner peace, what is the truth, whom or what can I trust so that I do not perish as a human being and sentient being in all this chaos? Where can help be found, where can one turn when one no longer knows what to do?
Where does all this lead us, many people ask themselves. Where is the soul, the clear, alert mind that corresponds to a healthy spirit? How can one become a person again who can still have confidence in life and thus also in other people?
 
It is time to turn again to the Highest, the Creator of all life. That presence that is deeply anchored in the heart of every living being, that makes him breathe, that makes his heart beat, that gave him his life.
Deep in the heart one can feel the divine presence that can give us strength and power again.
Through the innermost self within us we feel the presence of God (the word God has nothing to do with any religion here!) which can connect us with light and love. You just have to want it, look for it and find it again.
For it was and is always there. Without this presence within us, we could not live at all. But at present it is mostly and in many people atrophied.
 
The access is to be found through the feeling, deep in the heart, up through the pineal gland (the understanding, the wisdom, the mind, the spirit), which connects us with the highest light of creation.
 
This presence is always there like the sun, shining on everyone, no matter who they are or what they do. Like the sun, it blesses every person with its light and every ray is like a gift that is always there,
So is the presence of God. In every person there shines a ray of the sun, the Creator.
If one recognises this, one knows that in every other human being there is also this ray of the sun. And so trust could arise, in everyone and in everything - with this knowledge.
Slowly, the light in every heart can shine again and a deep, inner joy, joy of life and deep inner peace can awaken.
 
One only has to perceive and accept it. As soon as one can feel and recognise this divine gift, one knows: I am not alone. I can, may, should trust.
