Body: eyes, ears, nose, sensory organs, sense of touch, sinuses, brain, pituitary gland (the entire hormone and nervous system). The feet are particularly sensitive to our use of understanding related to the 3rd eye. In fact, the nerves of the feet are directly connected to the 3rd eye (the forebrain and the seat of comprehension). The feet are the basis on which we stand, they have a very fine feeling for what is wrong and react accordingly. Therefore, in connection with the feet it is important to awaken and meditate - to heal - the mental power of understanding through the 3rd eye in case of diseases (swollen feet, aching feet, vein problems, etc.).

The 3rd eye, the spiritual power of understanding, becomes through intuitive impulses a channel through which the energy of the Christ Spirit flows from the highest part of the head (crown chakra) its wisdom (I AM Presence) first to the conscious spirit in the forehead (3rd eye) and then to the large body brain in the solar plexus. The solar plexus as the seat of unconscious wisdom activity in the abdomen is automatically influenced by our use of wisdom and understanding. Through these three chakras, the I AM Presence (The Christ Consciousness) can be implemented holistically!

The seat of the 3rd eye, the brow chakra, also called Ajna Chakra (Ajna = perceive), is located in the middle between the eyebrows.

The 3rd eye music cleans & stabilizes the sensitive 3rd eye. It regulates the internal vision. The music will guide you, accompanies you on a universal level, gives you access to the so-called "Akasha knowledge", which includes everything. It is important to awaken this chakra gradually and harmoniously. The music helps you to open up to an appropriate opening process so that you can reach a visual acuity with an absolutely clear view.
