• Body: throat, larynx, jaw, teeth, tongue, oesophagus, trachea, breathing, voice, cervical spine, neck, shoulders, ears, thyroid gland - metabolism, nervous system
• In a negative-blocked state: difficulty in expressing feelings and thoughts - in words, fear of expressing one's opinion, inhibitions, shyness, lack of confidence in the inner voice, malicious words - nagging - scolding - angry, uncontrolled utterances, criticism, cynicism, sore throat, tonsillitis, hoarseness, speech disorders, stuttering.
• In the positive flow of energy: Concentrated verbal and creative expression, eloquence, communication skills, conscious use of words: friendliness, benevolence, positivity and positive words, pleasant voice, musicality, creativity, health in all areas of the throat chakra.
• The seat of the throat chakra - Vishuddha Chakra (Vishuddhi=clean), also called throat chakra, is located at the larynx.

• The throat chakra music purifies and stabilizes in order to transform the inner self into speech. For the ancient Egyptians, the language, the spoken word had a different meaning than today. The essence of the words was sound to them. Speaking was a process in which sonar fields are built up, whose vibrations merge with the universal patterns of vibration that underlie everything being. The music connects with this universal vibration, the pure sound to purify the throat chakra. It helps to deal with words in a conscious way.
