"I Am" conveys the Presence (the "Now) of the all-encompassing Creation - the Divine Principle - the loving, active Presence in every human being.
This presence flows through us as we breathe, it permeates all the cells of our body.
The I Am (I=1 - Am=2) Presence is also present in the 2 beat of our heartbeat and in our breath - is the creative power within us that is there without our doing!
We humans imprint imperfect values on this powerful "I Am" Presence through our thinking, feeling & doing.
Therefore, it is important to see this "I Am" Presence as Divine Essence, to experience the "I Am" consciously, to provide it with positive expressions and to connect one's own being with this God Presence and also to live it consciously.
So during the music meditation, consciously connect with the "I Am" Presence, it will charge you with powerful energy and build an insurmountable protective shield around you so that no external energies that are not identical to the "I Am" Presence can touch you.
An example of the I Am Presence from the Gospel of Johannes:
(Jesus is the bread that gives life - Johannes 6/22/41).
(...) The listeners were indignant because he had said, "I am the bread that came down from heaven." They said: "We know his parents! He is Jesus, the son of Joseph! How can he claim to come from heaven?"
Jesus said to them, "Stop being indignant! Only he can come to me whom the Father who sent me leads to me. And I will raise from death on the last day everyone who comes to me. The prophets have written: They will all be instructed by God.
Whoever hears the Father and learns from him comes to me. But this does not mean that any human being has ever seen the Father. Only the One who comes from God has seen the Father.
I assure you: whoever trusts in me will live forever. I am the bread that gives life.
Your ancestors ate the manna in the desert and still died. But whoever eats of the bread that comes from heaven will not die.
I am the living bread that came from heaven. Anyone who eats of this bread will live forever. The bread I will give him is my body. I give it so that the world may live."
This caused a heated argument among the audience. "How can this man give us his body to eat?" they asked. Jesus said, "Do not deceive yourselves! You have no share in life unless you eat the body of the Son of Man and drink his blood. Whoever eats my body and drinks my blood has life forever, and I will raise him to life on the last day.
For my body is the true food, and my blood is the true drink. He who eats my body and drinks my blood lives in me and I in him. The Father, from whom all life comes, sent me, and I live through him. So also he who eats me will live through me. So this is the bread that has come from heaven. It is something very different from the bread your ancestors ate. They still died afterwards. But whoever eats this bread will live forever. (...)
